CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
?? Do you have DMV or trucking permit experience?
?? Are you bilingual? (Spanish preferred!)
?? Do you handle customers with confidence and professionalism?
We are looking for a strong CSR who can handle paperwork, customer communication, and fast-paced daily operations with ease.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with DMV services and/or trucking permits
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Answer phones and assist walk-in clients
• Maintain organized files and documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service every day
? Preferred:
• DMV or trucking permit experience
• Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
• Detail-oriented & dependable
• Strong multitasking skills
