Schedule: Day & Evening shifts available
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents.
Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet the interests, abilities, and needs of individuals.
Support residents’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being through meaningful engagement.
Assist with special events, group programs, and one-on-one resident activities.
Document attendance and participation as required.
Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team to create a supportive, fun environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred (not required – training provided).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
