We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Acadia Nursing and Rehab Center. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business office and providing exceptional support to our clinical staff.
About the Role:
As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of the business office team to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions
Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Developing and implementing procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff members
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial data and other critical information to management and regulatory agencies
Developing and managing budgets and financial plans to support the center's goals and objectives
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in a business office or management role
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our electronic medical records system
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
