Saint Elizabeth Community includes 11 beautifully maintained Rhode Island locations offering apartments for Independent Seniors, Home Care Services, Adult Day Centers, affordable Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and more!Responsibilities of a CMT - Assisted Living:Maintain consistent level of professionalism with residents, family members and staff.Comply with all administrative and nursing policies and procedures.Make accurate decisions and take appropriate actions especially with regard to changes in resident physical, mental or emotional status.Carry out all requests made by the Director of Resident Care, Nurse Manager or Administrator.Keep the Director of Resident Care or Administrator informed of resident status and other related matters.Follow resident service plans.Attend all nursing staff meetings and in-services.Make frequent or as needed checks of resident apartments to assure safety and well being of the residents.Administer medications to the residents as ordered and document accordingly.Complete daily communication sheet on each resident for his/her shift as needed.Review medication sheets and physicians' orders for accuracy.
