Whether it's a warm welcome, keeping the coffee flowing, or making sure breakfast is fresh and ready, you help set the tone for their entire day.You'll:Welcome guests with a friendly, genuine attitudePrepare, stock, and maintain the breakfast areaKeep food fresh, organized, and available throughout breakfastKeep tables, counters, and serving areas clean and invitingPay attention to guests and step in when they need assistanceFollow food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards JOB REQUIREMENTSAvailable to work any day of week, 5am - 12pm, holidays and weekends included.Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching.Some exposure to cleaning chemicalsGreat relationship building skill and salesmanshipPractice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all timesInform guests about hotel services, directions, and amenities.Help create the kind of breakfast experience guests remember for the right reasonsOur ideal Breakfast Attendant is:Friendly, dependable, and welcomingComfortable working independently and staying busyOrganized and able to keep up during a busy breakfastSomeone who notices the little thingsProfessional in appearance and attitudeA team player who is willing to help wherever neededA Few Things to KnowThis is an active position. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, walking, bending, reaching, stocking, cleaning, and keeping breakfast running smoothly.
