Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Uphold Capriotti's food quality, preparation, and presentation standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
- Train and coach crew members on proper procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, inventory, and operational needs
- Prior experience in a restaurant, fast casual, or food service environment preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
