Waterbury Area, CT
$20.00 per Hour | Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

A.R. Mazzotta Employment Specialists is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a full-time, onsite assignment within a State of Connecticut office.

We are looking for a dependable, computer-savvy professional with previous office experience who can manage administrative tasks accurately in a busy, structured environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain documents and files
  • Perform accurate data entry and update electronic records
  • Draft correspondence and assist with office communications
  • Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Use Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems
  • Manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and priorities
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience in a professional office
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
  • Dependable attendance and consistent follow-through
Assignment Details
  • $20.00 per hour
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Full-time, onsite position
  • Potential for a long-term assignment based on business needs
