Behavior Technician (BT) – Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem
Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer a supportive environment with room to grow. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus—but not required!

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Our team benefits from ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship, ensuring you have the support and guidance needed to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings
Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
Collect data and document client progress
Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation:
BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
RBT certification a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Ability to pass background checks
Candidates must be willing to travel within New Jersey to client locations, within a reasonable distance from your home
