NOW HIRING: VACATION/SHORT TERM RENTAL HOUSEKEEPERS

Echo Ridge Property Services is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented housekeepers to help us provide exceptional care for vacation rental cabins throughout Logan and the Hocking Hills area.

Position: Vacation/Short Term Rental Housekeeper
Employment Type: Part-Time, Full-Time, W-2
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Flexible daytime hours, including weekdays, weekends and rotating holidays
Location: Logan and the greater Hocking Hills area

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our housekeepers do more than clean cabins—they prepare each property to welcome its next guests. You’ll work from property-specific checklists, follow consistent quality standards and help identify anything that needs attention before check-in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete detailed vacation-rental turnovers between guest stays
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
• Strip and remake beds according to property standards
• Process, organize and restock linens and towels
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and clean interior surfaces
• Check appliances, furnishings and guest-use items for cleanliness and condition
• Identify and report damage, missing items, supply shortages or maintenance concerns
• Complete required turnover checklists and verification photos
• Perform a final presentation check before leaving the property
• Assist with deep cleans, seasonal projects and occasional last-minute needs
• Follow company safety, chemical-handling and property-access procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in completed work
• Able to follow checklists and meet established quality standards
• Comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, checklists, photos and team communication
• Able to manage time effectively within same-day turnover windows
• Professional and respectful when working in client properties
• Willing to work a rotating schedule that may include weekends and holidays
• Previous housekeeping, hospitality or vacation-rental experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between properties throughout the Hocking Hills area
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work around common household cleaning products
• Successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening
