Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Dish Cleaning: Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Support Staff: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all items are ready for food preparation and service.
- Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Inventory Maintenance: Assist in keeping track of kitchen supplies and notify management of shortages.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen support role preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
