Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and long-term financial goals.

Execute a clear strategy to grow our local presence in the Lancaster area through genuine community outreach.

Guide prospective policyholders through the selection process, ensuring they feel confident in their coverage choices.

Collaborate with our regional leadership to refine our sales processes and outreach messaging.

Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions to ensure every detail of their experience is handled with care.

Host local workshops or informational sessions to educate our neighbors about the importance of comprehensive coverage.


Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in direct sales or business development.

Strong organizational skills for managing a pipeline and meeting deadlines.

Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital CRM platforms.

Background in developing professional relationships and networking within a local community.

Experience in leading small projects or mentoring junior staff members.
