Customer Service / Sales Associate (Part-Time)

The UPS Store in Parma is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused team member to join our growing store.

In this part-time role, you'll help customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and other business solutions. No UPS Store experience is required; we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed.

Schedule

• Approximately 25-30 hours per week
• Weekdays: Monday through Friday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Weekends: (backup coverage only)
• One weekday off each week (typically Tuesday or Thursday) - if working weekend shift

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services
• Process transactions using our POS system
• Generate shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment
• Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs
• Operate printing, copying, scanning, and fax equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Support daily store operations and work as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Retail, cashier, hospitality, office, shipping, or printing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs
