Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our golf course maintenance team. This position is responsible for helping maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds to a high standard.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Saturday or Sunday: 5:30 AM – 8:30 AM
- Lunch provided Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
- Perform general golf course maintenance and landscaping duties.
- Mow and maintain turfgrass and surrounding areas.
- Assist with course setup and daily maintenance.
- Maintain bunkers, greens, tees, fairways, and other golf course areas.
- Operate maintenance equipment as needed.
- Assist with seasonal projects and course improvements.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a maintenance team.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be dependable and able to arrive on time for early morning shifts.
- Must be able to work outdoors in hot and varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
