We are continuing to grow and are looking for a Merchandiser / Maintenance Technician to join our team.This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM position, with occasional schedule flexibility based on business needs.Position SummaryThis hybrid role combines merchandising support with light equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team and customers to optimize product displays while also supporting the installation, upkeep, and maintenance of company equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandise products to maximize customer interest and salesDevelop and implement store layout plans (planograms)Build strong relationships with store owners and customersTrain and support store staff on product display and rotationEnsure proper product stocking levels and assortmentCollaborate with sales, purchasing, and customers to execute merchandising plansMaintenance & Equipment Support:Respond to work orders in a timely mannerBench test new equipment prior to installationInstall, remove, or swap out equipment as neededPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenanceMaintain accurate records of service and repairsProvide ongoing support for all company-placed equipmentQualificationsStrong relationship-building and customer service skillsProfessional, reliable, and self-motivatedExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailHigh level of integrity and commitment to qualityValid driver's license requiredExperience with planograms or retail store setups preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsBenefitsPaid Time OffHealth Insurance401(k)Company Vehicle
