Responsibilities
Lead our Bel Air office with a focus on long-term growth and high standards of service.
Mentor and coach your sales team, helping every person find their unique strengths and improve their results.
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives that keep our agency visible and accessible to the community.
Monitor monthly sales targets, adjust strategies where needed, and keep the team focused on our shared goals.
Manage daily agency operations, ensuring we remain compliant with regulations and internal quality standards.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue and identify new opportunities for market expansion.
Requirements
Active Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Five or more years of experience managing insurance sales teams or independent agencies.
Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue and growing a successful sales force.
Strong command of agency management systems and performance tracking software.
Expertise in local networking and building community partnerships in the Bel Air area.
Previous experience with recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing sales staff.
