POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will provide support and work alongside our Anodize line lead and Shop Manager. Your main responsibilities will include Scheduling & Managing shop work (from intake to shipping) and run the ChemFilm line.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
· Manage scheduling for line processing operations.
· Cross-train as ChemFilm processor, masking, and other related tasks.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation of schedules and processes.
· Assist in training new staff on scheduling and line processing procedures.
· Perform full ChemFilm process.
· Rack parts to be ChemFilmed.
· Maintain, clean and organize line daily.
· Be able to pivot and assist our team where needed.
· Weekly shop cleanup.
· Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· High School Diploma preferred.
· Preferred anodizing / chemfilm experience.
