PRN Caregiver- Flexible- As Needed Shifts -20 per Hour

This position is ideal for someone who would like to remain on our caregiver roster and pick up shifts when additional coverage is needed. PRN caregivers help cover call-outs, schedule changes, new client starts, and other short-notice or temporary care needs.

There are no guaranteed or regularly scheduled hours, and you are not required to commit to a set weekly schedule. When shifts become available, you can accept the opportunities that work with your availability.

Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and meaningful engagement
• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Transportation or errands, when applicable
• Respite and safety supervision
• Following each client’s individualized care plan

We’re looking for caregivers who are reliable, communicative, compassionate, and comfortable with a flexible, as-needed role. Availability for evenings, weekends, overnights, or short-notice coverage is especially valuable.

Please note: This is a PRN position paying $22 per hour. Scheduled hours are not guaranteed, and the number of available shifts will vary based on client needs.
