Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality beauty and grooming services to residents, including haircuts, styling, color services.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each resident's unique needs and preferences to tailor services accordingly
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care transitions and exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to facility standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Current state licensure as a cosmetologist (or equivalent)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in cosmetology or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
