Agape is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant serving fresh, flavorful bowls, salads, and pitas. As a Team Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills while learning every aspect of restaurant operations.
What You’ll Do- Lead by example and create a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and team members
- Support and coach team members throughout each shift
- Help ensure excellent guest service and a consistent dining experience
- Follow and reinforce food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Ensure recipes and procedures are followed to maintain food quality and consistency
- Help organize and prioritize tasks to keep the restaurant running efficiently
- Monitor food levels and ensure stations are properly stocked and organized
- Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining restaurant standards
- Help resolve guest and team member concerns professionally and positively
- Support management with daily restaurant operations and team development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable leader
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping and serving others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Someone who can motivate and support others while holding the team accountable
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment

- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
