Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their specific financial and protection needs.
Conduct thorough needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Manage and nurture a growing portfolio of client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Represent The Atlantic District with integrity and professionalism during all community and professional interactions.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and policy details within our internal tracking system.
Collaborate with the broader agency team to refine sales processes and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.
At least three years of experience in consultative sales.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.
Strong command of office software and CRM platforms for managing client data.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Deep knowledge of life, health, and supplemental insurance products.
