Job Description
Allies Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team serving children and families throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
We offer a 20-hour weekly billable expectation designed to give BCBAs the time and flexibility to provide high-quality clinical care while maintaining work-life balance.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Develop and modify clinical programming
Supervise and support RBTs
Analyze client progress and treatment data
Provide caregiver training and collaboration
Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services
Current BCBA certification
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Nevada LBA or ability to obtain
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
