• Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday schedule
  
• Provide direct support and case management services to assigned clients
  
• The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will monitor and improve the patient experience by focusing on quality, timeliness, and continuity of care
  
• Manage a varied clinical caseload serving all age demographics from pediatric to geriatric populations.
  

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW candidates are highly favored)
  
• Background in hospital setting is preferred, but not required
