Candidate can make over $75,000 a year with bonus and commission.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals, explaining coverage options clearly and concisely.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products.
- Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely policy renewals.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices for client acquisition and retention.
- A Property Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Professional phone etiquette.
