We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Railing Installer Helper to assist with the installation of metal, aluminum, steel, and other railing systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand and power tools, working at heights when required, and following instructions from experienced installers.
Location: Wellington
Schedule: M-F 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $19

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Railing Installer Helper to assist with the installation of metal, aluminum, steel, and other railing systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand and power tools, working at heights when required, and following instructions from experienced installers.
Responsibilities
- Assist installers with measuring, cutting, drilling, and assembling railing components.
- Load, unload, carry, and organize materials and tools at job sites.
- Help install handrails, guardrails, stair railings, and related components.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
- Assist with job-site preparation and cleanup.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the lead installer or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, railing, welding, or installation experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and good attendance.
- Physically able to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working outdoors and, when required, at heights.
- Willingness to learn and develop installation skills.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position.
- Pay based on experience and skill level.
