Drivers haul dedicated stainless-steel freight from a customer near Calvert, Alabama, then pick up available backhaul freight that keeps trucks moving toward the next outbound load instead of returning empty.Your EquipmentAssigned newer-model Kenworth T680 tractors are paired with 2025 Extreme 48-foot flatbed trailers equipped with 12 winches, straps, and two lightweight six-foot drop tarps. Drivers stay with the same trailer throughout each trip.• 2025 Extreme 48-foot flatbed trailers• 12 winches and straps• Two six-foot drop tarps• Assigned equipmentFreight DetailsOutbound freight includes smaller stainless-steel coils and flat stainless-steel sheets. Approximately 75% of loads require tarping using lighter drop tarps designed for this account. Freight is primarily live loaded and live unloaded, and tarp pay is included as part of the account's overall compensation program.Drivers benefit from planned backhaul freight that helps reduce unnecessary empty miles while supporting productive weekly schedules.Pay & BenefitsWeekly earnings range from $2,000 to $2,100. Qualified drivers are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Orientation is held Monday through Thursday and pays $100 per day.
