Wireless Sales Associate - Victoria

Overview

This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED is a plus.
• Experience selling wireless/mobile, home internet, TV, and bundled services is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume retail, commission-based sales, working toward customer satisfaction targets such as NPS, or telecom retail stores is a plus.
