About the Role:
As a FT Laundry Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized laundry environment, ensuring the proper care and handling of patient/resident clothing and linens, and adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will help us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our patients and residents deserve.
Responsibilities:
Wash, dry, and iron patient/resident clothing and linens according to established procedures
Ensure all laundry equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
Sort and categorize laundry in a timely and efficient manner
Restock inventory of clean linens and uniforms as needed
Maintain a clean and organized laundry environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
