Job Description
The Producer's Lounge (TPL) is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive strategic growth by developing new client relationships and expanding business accounts within the corporate events, meetings, and experiential marketing industries. This role is responsible for generating new business, cultivating long-term partnerships, and representing TPL as a trusted strategic partner.
Generate net-new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Develop relationships with Fortune 1000 companies, agencies, associations, and key decision makers.
Lead the sales process from initial outreach through contract execution.
Collaborate with production and creative teams to develop winning solutions.
Represent TPL at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and long-term partnerships.
Proven success selling high-value corporate event, production, or experiential marketing services.
Established network within the corporate meetings, events, or agency market.
Demonstrated ability to consistently generate new revenue.
Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise relationships.
First 90 Days
Complete onboarding and develop a strategic target account list.
Build a qualified pipeline of $3M to $5M.
6 to 12 Months
Close 3 to 6 new enterprise accounts.
Generate $750K to $1.5M in new booked revenue.
12 to 24 Months
Generate $1M to $2M in annual new business.
Establish 5 to 10 strategic enterprise clients.
Achieve strong repeat business and portfolio growth.
Base Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
Target Bonus/Commission: Approximately $150,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 to $300,000+

Annual Business Development Budget: $75,000 to $100,000 to support client entertainment, travel, conferences, networking, marketing collateral, and business development tools.
