Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain commercial juicing and beverage equipment safely.
• Prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for daily service.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the juice bar, workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
• Restock ingredients, cups, packaging, and other supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Check product freshness and properly store ingredients.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Support other team members with opening, closing, cleaning, and general store duties.
• Create a positive customer experience and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications:

%CF; Previous experience in a juice bar, café, restaurant, food service, or customer service is preferred but not required.

%CF; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

%CF; Strong customer service and communication skills.

%CF; Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

%CF; Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures.

%CF; Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

%CF; Ability to lift and move supplies as needed.

%CF; Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

%CF; Food handler certification is a plus.
