Production Superintendent

• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to optimize processes and equipment uptime.
  
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Prepare and maintain production reports, documentation, and records for management review.
  
• Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a production supervisory or superintendent role within a manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
