What You’ll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the high-quality, delicious barbeque our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment such as fryers, flat tops, industrial ovens, meat slicers, and smokers/open flame grills.
• Preparing and cooking food items with precision and care.
• Ensuring all food safety and handling protocols are followed to the highest standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
• Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during the day shift.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings experience, skill, and a strong work ethic to the table. Here’s what we need from you:

• 3 years of kitchen experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using a variety of kitchen equipment, including fryers, flat tops, industrial ovens, meat slicers, and smokers/open flame grills.
• Solid understanding of general kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.
• A strong knowledge of proper food safety handling is a must.
