Job Summary:

Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 513-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Syracuse, New York, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ADON Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team of caring professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, the Clinic ADON will be responsible for coordinating and following through on clinic processes, overseeing Infection Control, and providing leadership to nursing staff. Responsibilities:

• Direct the daily operations of the clinic

• Oversee Infection Control for the facility

• Ensure the completion of employee health assessments

• Coordinate the admission and readmission processes

• Maintain positive relationships with referral sources

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program

• Current RN license and registration by the State of New York

• Experience in a clinic setting
