Current OpeningsWe are currently hiring multiple Front Desk team members for:
Part-Time Evening: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
PRN: Flexible, as-needed coverage for additional Front Desk shifts

You’ll help create the first impression of our community and serve as a friendly, helpful resource for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a warm and welcoming manner
Answer incoming phone calls and connect callers with the appropriate team members
Assist residents and visitors with questions and requests
Help ensure the Front Desk and lobby remain organized, professional, and welcoming
Provide courteous and attentive service while supporting the day-to-day needs of the community
Help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors
A high school diploma or equivalent
A friendly, professional, and customer-service-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to stay organized and helpful in a busy Front Desk environment
Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
