As our Insurance Sales/Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive annual wage.
What You’ll Do:
'05; Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options
'05; Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
'05; Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
'05; Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales
'05; Process applications, policy changes, and service requests
'05; Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For:
'14; Insurance and sales experience
'14; Strong communication and relationship-building skills
'14; Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
'14; Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
'14; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
'14; A team player with a positive, professional attitude
