Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble sandwiches with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all menu items meet presentation, portion, and quality standards.
• Kitchen Operations: Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Food Safety: Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team for smooth service.
• Support Duties: Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving deliveries as needed.
• High-Volume Efficiency: Stay calm and efficient during busy shifts, working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while following directions precisely.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
