- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Complete prep lists and maintain station organization
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain food-safety and sanitation requirements
- Passion for cooking and learning
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy kitchen
- Strong attention to detail
- Culinary experience helpful but not required
