Conduct thorough discovery meetings to understand the specific protection needs of prospective and existing clients.
Craft and present tailored insurance proposals that reflect a clear understanding of the client's unique risks.
Maintain an active presence in the Fairfax business community to foster meaningful professional relationships.
Continuously manage and nurture your sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and reach quarterly goals.
Collaborate with the broader support team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to policy implementation.
Keep abreast of evolving insurance trends and market changes to offer relevant advice to your clients.
Active Property Casualty Insurance License for the state of Virginia.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-stakes consulting.
Deep understanding of policy coverage options and risk assessment.
Strong comfort level with complex CRM systems and digital document management.
Clear, empathetic communication skills that build immediate rapport.
Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients independently.
