Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews of prospective clients to understand their coverage needs and identify potential gaps.
Draft and present insurance proposals that clearly explain benefits, risks, and premiums in plain language.
Manage your own book of business while actively seeking out opportunities to help new families and local business owners.
Stay ahead of industry updates and regulatory changes to ensure every client is accurately protected.
Coordinate with our administrative staff to ensure that every policy application moves through the underwriting process smoothly.
Host local educational sessions or community events to build awareness and provide helpful insurance guidance to the Gold Key Lake area.
Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
Clear and articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person consultations.
Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage your own calendar effectively.
A genuine desire to solve problems and advocate for the best interests of your clients.
