What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and virtual therapy best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
Your role will include:
- Providing direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students in grades PreK-12
- Conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and documenting progress
- Collaborating with educational teams to support students’ academic and social success
- Delivering therapy on-site and via teletherapy as needed
- Consulting with parents and teachers to promote carry-over of strategies and goals
