Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CFY) applicants are also welcome
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatric care is highly desired
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills for a variety of speech and language disorders
• Compassionate communicator who works effectively with children, families, and educational staff

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress, goals, and outcomes
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies
• Offer guidance and support to paraprofessionals and other team members as needed
