Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold a valid SLP license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience working in school settings highly desirable
• Ability to tailor therapy plans to diverse school-age populations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ academic and social success
• Deliver therapy sessions in group and one-on-one settings, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate regularly with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development
• Maintain clear, organized documentation and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Educate and empower staff and families with effective communication strategies and progress reports
