$60,000-$65,000 Direct Hire | Full-Time
Our client, an innovative engineering and manufacturing organization in the Southwest Austin/Dripping Springs area, is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support program execution, production readiness, engineering changes, and material planning.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple teams, and has strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. The Project Coordinator serves as a key link between Program Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to help ensure projects remain on schedule and materials, documentation, and resources are aligned for success.
What You'll Do
Project & Program Support
- Support Program Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project activities across engineering, purchasing, and production teams.
- Track project milestones and help ensure on-time delivery of program objectives.
- Support internal and customer-facing project meetings.
Production & Material Readiness
- Drive material readiness activities to support production schedules.
- Coordinate ERP requirements to ensure materials and documentation are available when needed.
- Conduct production readiness meetings and schedule reviews.
- Support production teams in maintaining schedule adherence.
Engineering Change Management
- Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
- Coordinate implementation of engineering revisions across departments.
- Ensure drawing revisions are aligned with purchasing and production requirements.
- Evaluate change impacts and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Documentation & Process Control
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Monitor project status and identify potential risks or delays.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, communication, and execution.
- Assist with quality and compliance processes as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or technical projects preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning processes preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR-related requirements.
- Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to walk the production floor and collaborate with various departments.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
