NOW HIRING – Machine Operators for a Great Company in Middlefield, OH!


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Set up and operate plastic extrusion machines according to production schedule

Load raw materials (resins, compounds, colorants) into hoppers

Verify correct material, weight, and machine settings

Monitor machine parameters and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards

Inspect extruded products using measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications

Make corrective actions when product does not meet specifications

Perform changeovers including cleaning, die changes, and tooling setup

Maintain production logs and documentation (machine settings, quality data, downtime, scrap, material usage)

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines


Requirements:

Previous machine operator or press operator experience required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Reliable transportation required

Resume required

Shift:

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM


Pay:

$18.00 – $22.00 Per Hour (Weekly), depending on experience
