Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Connecticut
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly appreciated
  • Ability to work effectively with students ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Dedicated, organized, and compassionate approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic evaluations, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy to students based on IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment
