Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting the growth and communication skills of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting. If you’re passionate about pediatric speech therapy and thrive in collaborative educational environments, this contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy, particularly within school settings
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings, focusing on pediatric populations
  • Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to support student progress and generalize skills to classroom and home environments
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making for student interventions
  • Offer consultation and ongoing support to school staff as needed
