Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY)
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen, evaluate, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support all aspects of student learning
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Provide consultation, resources, and training for staff and caregivers on communication strategies
