Exciting opportunities await enthusiastic and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists who are committed to supporting student success in school settings! Two full-time, contract positions are available for bilingual SLPs (CCC), providing vital services at elementary campuses. This is an on-site assignment, with no option for remote work, offering the chance to make a daily impact in a dynamic educational environment working with diverse, multilingual students.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – required
- Current and valid State Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (submit license number and proof)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish – required
- Minimum one year of direct school experience as an SLP
- Comfortable serving elementary caseloads; self-contained experience is valuable
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
- Strong documentation and organization skills
- SLPA and CF applicants will not be considered
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
- Provide direct therapy to students in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student growth
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required reporting
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt strategies to meet a variety of student needs, including potentially self-contained settings
