Job Description

Based near Danbury, CT in the Bridgeport, CT area, this onsite position offers the chance to support students across a diverse caseload. With a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week, you'll have the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment that values your expertise and dedication to student growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Connecticut SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for K-12 students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Stay current with best practices and state guidelines in speech-language pathology
