Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Allentown, PA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience providing therapy in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong understanding of speech-language evaluation tools and educational best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and document interventions in compliance with school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and share insights on therapy goals, progress, and classroom strategies
• Provide consultation and support to educators and family members to facilitate student success
• Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of a dynamic school population
