Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing therapy in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong understanding of speech-language evaluation tools and educational best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and document interventions in compliance with school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and share insights on therapy goals, progress, and classroom strategies
- Provide consultation and support to educators and family members to facilitate student success
- Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of a dynamic school population
