This onsite position offers a flexible schedule of 23-28 hours per week, supporting a diverse caseload of learners.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  • Current Florida SLP license
  • Experience in school settings, preferably with middle school-aged students
  • Open to candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and those with a strong background in pediatric or healthcare-based SLP
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on individual student needs

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech-language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Provide direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy services
  • Maintain ongoing communication with families, teachers, and school teams to monitor progress
  • Complete documentation and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
